About image to pdf
This is the tool for turning a pile of photographs into a document. Receipts for an expense claim, a passport and a utility bill for an account application, photographed pages of a form, screenshots for a bug report — all of these arrive as loose images and need to be submitted as one file. Almost every system that accepts a document accepts a PDF, and almost none of them accept twelve JPEGs.
Any format your browser can decode works, and HEIC is handled separately with a bundled WebAssembly decoder so iPhone photos work on Windows and Android where the browser has no native support. Formats can be mixed freely — a HEIC from a phone, a PNG screenshot, and a JPEG scan can all go into the same document, in whatever order you drag them into.
Page size and fit are the settings that determine whether the result looks deliberate or thrown together. Fit to page places each image on a standard A4 or Letter page, scaled to fit inside the margin you set, which is what you want for anything being printed or filed. Match image makes each page exactly the dimensions of its image, producing a document with no white space and pages of varying sizes, which suits screenshots and photographs meant only for screen viewing.
Orientation is decided per image by default, so a landscape photo gets a landscape page and a portrait one gets portrait. That avoids the common annoyance of a wide receipt shrunk into a tall page with enormous margins. You can force a single orientation for the whole document when consistency matters more, which it usually does for anything being printed or bound. Quality controls how much the images are recompressed on the way in — leave it high unless the resulting file needs to fit under a size limit.

Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos to PDF?
Yes. HEIC is decoded with a bundled WebAssembly decoder that runs in the tab, so it works on Windows and Android where browsers have no native HEIC support.
Can I mix different image formats in one PDF?
Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, and HEIC can go into the same document in any order.
How do I change the page order?
Drag the rows in the file list. The PDF follows the order shown on screen, not the order you selected the files.
Why does my photo have big white margins?
You are fitting a landscape image onto a portrait page. Switch to auto orientation, or use match image size to remove the margins entirely.
Will converting reduce image quality?
Slightly, at the default setting, since images are recompressed on the way in. Raise the quality setting if fidelity matters more than file size.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Decoding and PDF assembly both happen in this browser tab. Nothing is transmitted.
